Māori concepts for animal ethics – introduction brings together resources that explore animal ethics with a kaupapa Māori approach. Use the crossword puzzles in this activity as an engaging way to explore the resources and develop content vocabulary. There are two different puzzles – the clues for both are in English, the answers for the first are in te reo Māori and the answers for the second are in English.
In this activity, students use information from a range of resources to solve crossword puzzles.
By the end of this activity, students should be able to:
- use literacy skills to locate information across a range of texts
- use content vocabulary in te reo Māori and English.
