Liquid water conforms to the shape of its container.

The viscosity of water changes with the temperature. Water at 20.2°C has an absolute viscosity of one centipoise.
    1 poise = dyne s/cm2 = g-cm/s = 1/10 Pa-s
    1 Pa-s = 1 N s/m2 = 1 kg/(m·s)
