The ClearSpace chaser is designed to use robotic arms to capture space debris. The plan for 2025 is that it will undertake its first active debris removal mission. ClearSpace-1 will rendezvous, capture and take down for re-entry the upper part of a Vespa (Vega Secondary Payload Adapter) from Europe's Vega launcher.
