Yoga with over a thousand butterflies is an unforgettable experience, and you will come out of this class feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged.
This slow flow class focuses on moving mindfully through a sequence of poses while connecting with your body and breath. It's an opportunity to step away from the outside world and be present.
Join Otago Museum for exercise that is good for your body, mind, and soul, surrounded by the butterflies in the beautiful Tropical Forest!
Suitable for all levels of experience. Bring your own mat, towel, and drink.
The temperature in the Tropical Forest ranges from 22°C to 35°C.
Suitable for ages 14+, cost $20.
Dates: Wednesday, 5.45pm (for a 6pm start) on: 12 February, 21 May, 13 August, and 26 November.
